Exam Conditions

1. Eligibility
You may take the online exam only if you have purchased the corresponding course and have an active account. Each exam is tied to the purchased course.
2. Scheduling
After purchase and downloading the course, you schedule the date and time of your examination from your account (the "My Account" section). The exam becomes available to start at the scheduled time.
3. Format and duration
The exam is multiple-choice (one correct option out of four: A, B, C, or D) and timed. Each session contains 40 questions selected from the course's official set, with a duration of 60 minutes.
4. Passing score
The academy's passing threshold is 75%. The score is calculated automatically upon exam submission.
5. Certification
Upon passing, the system automatically issues a certificate of completion with a unique verification number (e.g. CRT-2026-XXXXX-Y). The certificate can be downloaded as a PDF and verified publicly on the "Verify Certificate" page.
6. Retake
If you do not pass, you may retake the exam. Each attempt uses a selection of questions from the course set.
7. Academic integrity
The exam must be taken individually. Consulting external resources or receiving assistance from others is not permitted unless otherwise stated.
