Examination & Online Proctoring Regulation

1. Scope
Applies to all Certalyth certification examinations delivered remotely or at an approved examination location.
2. Candidate eligibility
Eligibility is checked against the applicable scheme. Academy course completion alone does not guarantee eligibility to sit the certification exam.
3. Identity verification
Before the examination, candidate identity is verified using an approved identity document that matches the registration data.
4. Technical requirements
Candidates need a supported computer, camera, microphone, a stable internet connection, and a private examination space.
5. Environment & proctoring
The desk and immediate environment may be checked. Proctoring rules are proportionate, transparent, and privacy-conscious, and aim to protect the integrity and fairness of the examination.
6. Integrity & results
Exams are timed and individual. Confirmed breaches of integrity may void results. Scores are computed automatically, and a certificate with a unique verification number is issued on passing.
