Certification Scheme Framework

EU accreditation readiness

Certalyth certification schemes are designed for readiness against ISO/IEC 17024, the international standard for bodies certifying persons. Each of our 8 credentials is defined as a controlled certification scheme with its own scheme code, credential title, version, owner, and effective date.

Purpose and scope

Every scheme states the professional activities and competence claims it covers, so that a credential reliably signals what a holder can do.

Target population & prerequisites

Each scheme defines its intended candidates and typical roles. Prerequisites are used only where objectively justified and verifiable; Academy course completion alone does not guarantee eligibility.

Competence domains

Schemes specify the knowledge, skills, and professional judgement to be demonstrated, and map them to the examination blueprint and pass criteria.

Recertification

Credentials are valid for 3 years. Recertification maintains the currency of the credential and follows the same impartial assessment rules as initial certification.
